TASTING NOTES: It is a wine of an intense ruby color, with a light pink froth.
The fruity nose and taste, which are typical of this varietal, are very pleasant indeed.
Thanks to the slow fermentation this wine retains a remarkable softness.
TECHNICAL NOTES: Re-fermentation in temperature-controlled pressurized stainless steel autoclave tanks for a period of 3 months.
